Post-Vegas
This may be a couple of weeks late, but I haven’t had the time since I’ve been back. Las Vegas was a really great experience. We got to hang out and experience the city. I’m going to skip out on the details just to keep this brief. I went rock climbing a couple of times, which was one of my favorite things (and something I didn’t think I’d be doing in Vegas).
The heart of this trip was reaching out to people. That is also the hardest part to explain to people. It’s not about the tangible things that I did, but about the interactions with others that I was able to have. Las Vegas has placed a lot of people on my heart that still remain in my thoughts.
A lot of misfortune kept us in the car an extra day on the way back. Then I had about eight hours before I had to be in class again. It feels like things have been non-stop since then. I’m involved in 5 different projects right now, with a couple more to possibly be involved with. My second job also decided to start scheduling me more as well.
Today was a relaxing day, but it might be the last for a while. I’m not burnt out by any means; I’m actually pretty excited for the things I’m working on. Sometimes I wish I could focus more on some other things, though.
Launching two services at Eastlake tomorrow. More lights for Jason!
