I think we’ve all felt this one time or another I thought about this after church one day and wrote it.

God are you real?

God are you real?
-Or are you fake?
Am I doing the right thing?
-Or is this a mistake?

Once again
I question my faith
I just want the truth
For goodness sake

I found you
I love you
I hate you
I lose you

It feels like someone left me on repeat.
I change with everyone I meet.

My faith seems small
It’s not at all
Someone told me its just a reality check
And that I’m digging deeper with you yet

And just to keep praying
Even as the day is raining
And I’ll see my way through
That dry welcoming path to you.
